All the products we offer on our shop are made to order just for you and production starts once the payment is cleared. Each order gives an up-to-date estimate of the time required to make the object which is usually 3-5 business days depending on our schedule. — This represents the time from when an order is placed, put on our schedule, and when it gets finished and is ready to ship out. Processing times can be extended due to the high season. For current processing time details, please see product pages.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

As an economic option, we ship orders in registered small packages via Turkish Post Office's air mail service and this service includes a tracking number for each package which you can use to track your package from your local post office to your location. All post offices -except Australia Post- provide tracking.

We do also offer express delivery with DHL Express. Once you added an item to your cart, click "Check Out" button and you'll be directed to your checkout page. Once you provided your address details, click "Continue to Shipping Method" button and you can then upgrade your shipping to DHL Express by selecting DHL Express option from the shipping options.

International Express Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery is not available for Post Office boxes or postal codes
  • Phone number is required
  • Recipient's or recipient's duly authorized representative's signature is required for all local and international deliveries so making the package left at a door step is not something we could arrange – sorry!
  • Buyers are responsible to cover the surcharges for remote area delivery. The cost for "remote area delivery" is set as €20 by DHL Express for now. Please visit DHL's remote area database to check if your address is considered as one.

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees

    • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
    • Waen ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

Packaging

    • We make sure that each and every object is securely double-packaged, so it gets to you in one piece. We use lots of bubble wrap and foams to immobilize the object in its original packaging and place these packages into strong cardboard boxes to prevent possible damage during transit.
    • For multiple purchases, each object will be packaged separately and placed carefully in cardboard boxes.
    • Our current damage rate is 0,38%. This means that the chance of receiving your item in perfect condition is 99,62%
    • If you were hit by bad luck and your item is severely damaged during transit, all you need to do is to contact us within 24 hours* with a photo of the damage incurred to your item. Once you provide a proof that the item is damaged, we’ll offer you a replacement or a refund excluding shipping cost.
    • If you'd like send your order as a gift, we're happy to gift wrap it and include a personal note if you have any. Just let us know the text in your order note or send us an email.
* Please note that any request made later than 24 hours & without a proof won’t be considered as a eligible request. We stand by the quality of our products, but glass is fragile in its nature - for this reason, all damage that occurs after product is received is considered to be at the fault of the recipient.
