Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in presenting our products as accurately as possible, including detailed descriptions, dimensions, materials, and photography, so you can shop with confidence.
As each stained glass piece is handcrafted and inherently unique, slight variations in texture, tone, and glass pattern may naturally occur and are considered part of the character of the piece.
Returns
We truly hope you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
Refunds are processed once the returned item has safely arrived back at our studio and has been inspected.
We kindly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Please note that custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is packaged with exceptional care. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer regulations.
Requests submitted without photographic documentation or long after delivery may not qualify for resolution.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels
Buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and coordinating delivery or pickup with their local courier or postal service when necessary.
If a parcel is returned to our studio due to being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to arrange a reshipment once the parcel has been returned to us.
Please note that reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping & Glass Fragility
Stained glass is delicate by nature, and while we take extensive precautions to package each piece securely, damage can occasionally occur during international transit.
Once an item has been delivered safely and accepted by the recipient, any accidental damage, improper handling, or breakage occurring afterward is outside our responsibility.
