We proudly ship worldwide and offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders.
Each Waen piece is carefully handcrafted in our studio and prepared with great attention to detail before shipment. Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Shipping & Delivery Information
International Shipping
All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
We work with reliable international carriers and carefully select the most suitable shipping method based on the destination and size of the order.
United States Orders — Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)
All orders shipped to the United States are sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever applicable.
This means that import duties and customs fees are prepaid by us, so your order should arrive without additional customs charges upon delivery.
Please note that customs policies may occasionally vary depending on local authorities and carrier procedures.
Packaging & Transit Protection
Stained glass is naturally delicate, and secure packaging is an essential part of our process.
Every order is carefully double-packed using protective wrapping materials and reinforced shipping boxes designed to minimize movement during transit.
While damage during shipping is extremely rare, international transit conditions can occasionally result in accidents beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging materials
- The shipping label
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

- Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
- Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions are outside our control
- Buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging redelivery or pickup if required by the local carrier
