Christmas table styling with handcrafted geometric glass candle holders by WAEN.
The WAEN Journal / Christmas at Home
Some of the most beautiful Christmas memories are made after the lights are turned low.
A table dressed for the people we love. The scent of evergreen. A favorite piece of music playing somewhere in the background. And the warm, flickering glow of candlelight reflected in glass.
This Christmas, discover how handmade stained glass candle holders can bring warmth, texture, and a little old-world romance to your holiday home.
01 / A Different Kind of Christmas
The Beauty of a Candlelit Christmas
Christmas decorating does not have to begin and end with ornaments and fairy lights.
Sometimes, atmosphere comes from quieter details: antique glassware, velvet ribbons, dark greenery, linen napkins, and small pools of candlelight scattered through a room.
Handmade glass candle holders fit naturally into this kind of holiday setting. Their transparent surfaces catch the glow of the flame, while their metal framework adds a subtle architectural detail.
The result is festive without feeling overly decorated, and timeless enough to enjoy long after Christmas.
02 / The Christmas Table
A Table Worth Gathering Around
A beautiful Christmas tablescape is about more than matching plates and perfectly folded napkins. It is about creating a setting that makes people want to linger.
Begin with a deep burgundy tablecloth or natural linen. Add antique-inspired plates, warm metallic cutlery, and a few branches of evergreen.
Place a pair of geometric glass candle holders between the table settings. Their sculptural shapes bring a modern contrast to traditional Christmas textures.

Small Lights, Beautiful Shadows
A mantel is one of the loveliest places to create a quiet Christmas composition.
Instead of filling every inch with decorations, choose a few objects with character: a framed photograph, a little greenery, and a pair of glass candle holders.
Against dark wood or rich green velvet, the geometric lines of copper-finished glass become especially expressive.
The beauty lies in the contrast: delicate glass, structured metal, soft candlelight, and the deep colors of winter.

The most memorable Christmas decorations are often the ones that make a home feel a little more like home.
04 / A Botanical Christmas
A Little Winter Garden
Not every Christmas decoration needs to be red, gold, or shaped like a traditional ornament.
For a softer botanical approach, bring together evergreen foliage, delicate ribbons, muted green glass, and natural textures.
The WAEN stained glass lotus candle holder introduces a sculptural floral form into the composition. Its layered petals make it beautiful even when the candle is unlit.
After the holiday season, it can find a new place on a vanity or bedside table as a decorative holder for small jewelry.

Christmas Decorations Worth Keeping
The most thoughtful seasonal decorations are often the ones that do not need to be packed away in January.
A geometric glass candle holder can become part of a spring dining table, a summer evening on the terrace, or an autumn mantel arrangement.
Handcrafted using traditional stained glass techniques, WAEN candle holders bring together individually cut glass panels and carefully soldered metal edges.
Their character comes not only from the way they look, but from the process of making them by hand.
Whether chosen for your own Christmas home or given as a thoughtful holiday gift, these are pieces intended to become part of everyday life.
